2020 GOLFWA METRO JUNIOR PENNANTS

GolfWA 2020 Junior Pennants is done and dusted for another year. We’d like to thank all of our players, chaperones and families for the support and outstanding efforts over the past five rounds! It’s not a small feat getting this combined Impact Junior Golf & Goldfields Golf Club team together but we did it! Our Div 2 boys had a tough challenge this year trying to defend the title and did an incredible job! Finishing the season 2nd on the ladder. Well done to Zac, Brian, Bailey, Mark, Sam, Kayden & Maxx for their contribution towards this result!

Our Div 4 boys also had a tough challenge facing some strong teams and did awesome! Thanks to Josh, Kai, Krishan, Noah, Jasper, Riley, Harper, Len, Bray, Cuan, Caleb & Matthew for grinding it out this season! Showing great sportsmanship all season and also helped combine with the Gosnells Golf Club crew to make a third team! The combined team finished equal 2nd and the stand alone team finished 5th.

Our Div 2 Girls were not alone in the tough stakes, having to give lots of shots against their opponents, but never let it get to them! Thanks to Taylah, Charlotte, Chloe G, Kay, Leonie, Ava & Chloe V for your fantastic efforts and great teamwork. Thanks also for never complaining about combining with the Mount Lawley Golf Club team. Our combined team finished 4th and our stand alone team finished 6th.

Lastly we’d like to congratulate Development Squad player Aiyana Morris on her Div 1 win with her Royal Perth team. Aiyana was selected for a scholarship with Royal Perth Golf Club to play for their Girl Team and played an integral role.
