CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Each South West club have membership options for Junior Golfers and when our juniors have shown interest in playing we will encourage them to join their respective club. This will then have a positive effect on membership numbers at all South West clubs.

VOLUNTEERING

We encourage all our juniors within the South West to not only give back to their local community but also to give back to their own club through Volunteering. Whether that be helping out during an event, fundraising for the club or giving their time to a worthy cause. We believe that giving back is a vital part in the 'grow' stage of the pathway.

COMMITTEE POSITIONS

Golf clubs are made up of several different committee's that help implement action and recently GolfWA has introduced the Young Members Committee to Clubs which is made up of ONLY Junior Golfers who can bring their ideas to the club.
We encourage all of our juniors to try their hand at being part of any committee over their time in the sport. This will allow them to introduce and implement their own ideas around their golf club.

INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT

Impact will strongly encourage our juniors, when they are old enough to join the workforce, to consider a career in the golf industry with the likes of Certificates in Sports Turf Management and PGA Traineeship's available for them pursue.
